Includes the tea and instructions to crush your colds this season.

• 100g Jade Cloud Green Tea (organic)
• 50g Peppermint Herbal Tea (organic)

Recipe:

1. 1 Tbs green tea
2. 1.5 tsp peppermint tea-steep tea for 3 minutes in 8 oz hot water
3. 4 oz lemonade
4. 1 Tbs honey-heat lemonade and honey and add to the steeped tea
