Our vintage cheddar has been aged a minimum of 2 years and is available in 8 ounce or 1 pound blocks. It has the sharpness you find with aged cheese, a tangy bite and the perfect amount of crumble. You’ll also find a few crunchy crystals in this cheese!
Pair it with:Your favorite wine (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc)
Beer (IPA, Pale Ale, Pilsner, Stout, Porter)
