As the cheddar gets older, it increases in sharpness and crunchy crystals start to develop. Taste a wide range of aged Cheddar and see how the flavors and texture develop as the cheese is aged. Our Super-Aged Cheddar Gift Boxincludes three varying ages of Wisconsin cheddar cheese, starting around 10 years old.
The gift box will contain two yellow Cheddars and one white Cheddar. Selection is based on availability, but this box will always contain one piece of each of the following ages of cheese:
- 10-12 Years
- 13-15 Years
- 16+ Years
