this is an ancient mexican style, unfermented cacao (a tradition of mexico cacao lavado, in tabasco, mexico) normally meant for drinking cacao. this also makes a beautiful 100% cacao bar, rich in flavor, culture and history. lavado cacao is washed, and then left to dry in the sun, which retains more natural flavor and color. tasting notes: pecan, blueberry, citrus, earthiness.
