the elusive mulberry. it is the epitome of a flavour berry with potency in droves and being unrivalled in sharpness & sweetness. not commercially grown in new zealand, lucid hand-harvested these with care from their family tree before freeze-drying, then adding them to milk chocolate at a high percentage. the result is a sharp milk chocolate, unapologetically bursting with mulberry.primary notes of blackberry and tart citrus. the texture is creamy with a subtle, crisp finish from the fruit inclusions. pair this bar with a soft bloomy rind cheese or a cup of herbal tea.
