Rich aromas of spiced wine rise immediatelyred fruit, clove, and cinnamon layered over intense cacao. On the palate, dark chocolates boldness is softened by warming spices and the subtle tannins of red wine. The finish lingers long and complex, a blend of fruit, spice, and cacao that seems to warm from the inside out.
KESSH creates this bar by soaking cacao nibs in a fragrant mixture of Cointreau, Rum, and Marsala, for a tangy red wine flavor in the finished bar. From there, the addition of cinnamon and a sprinkling of the infused nibs throughout the bar brings to mind a warm mug of Glgg in front of the fireplace.
