friis-holm calls their la dalia chocolates “the lazy cocoa growers blend” because they are made from a mix of different cacao bean varieties. when they asked the farmers to sort the beans by type, they playfully refused, so they jokingly dubbed it a lazy approach. fortunately, this mix results in fantastic chocolate with diverse flavours.
friis-holm’s la dalia 70% is part of the same series as la dalia 60%, la dalia 85%, and la dalia 100%. the la dalia 70% is an acidic chocolate with rich chocolate notes and hints of black currant.
