friis-holm’s barba 70% is a sweet yet subtly flavoured chocolate. it’s an “easy” chocolate to enjoy, but towards the end of the tasting, you might detect a hint of black pepper spice. we named this chocolate barba after discovering a group of trees in nicaragua with white lianas that resembled moustaches.
