This ‘squeaky’ cheese has a very buttery flavor, and the heat from baking caramelizes the sugars on the outside of the cheese to form a tasty crust similar to brown bread. Serve it with your favorite dip as a delicious snack, by itself, or with jam, honey, walnuts or syrup. Makes a great breakfast, delicious snack or a wonderful dessert. Be creative! Dip it in your coffee.
