Quinoa
It has recently been introduced into the Bartolini cereal range (although it is not a real cereal) because of its nutritional properties and energy intake, making it suitable for all diets.
Completely gluten-free, and therefore suitable for celiacs, it is a complete food, rich in carbohydrates and protein, and also contains a good source of phosphorus, potassium, and manganese. Due to its polyunsaturated fatty acid and linoleic acid content, it is believed to be helpful in preventing cardiovascular disease.
